Managing Director

As Managing Director, Jaishankar is responsible for the overall operating performance of the company with particular emphasis on driving corporate policies, strategies and profitable growth initiatives. Jaishankar, was appointed to this position in January 2005, subsequent to the merger of Tech Pacific India and Ingram Micro India. ?During his career spanning over 16 years with Tech Pacific/Ingram Micro, Jaishankar has held various executive positions such as National Sales Head, Vice President Operations & Credit and Head - Volume Division.

Jaishankar holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications and a Post Graduation degree in Marketing Management and is based at the corporate office in Mumbai, India.


Sanjay Achawal
Sr.Director - Sales

Sanjay Achawal, Sr.Director Sales has rich and diversified experience for the past 20 years across various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Credit Control, Operations and thereby has a good cross functional understanding of the business. Achawal has earned a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Post Graduation in Management from University of Mumbai. He is based out of Mumbai.

Atul Gaur

Director - Consumer Electronics & Telecom Group

Atul Gaur joined premerger Tech Pacific in the year 1991 and has rich and varied experience across various critical functions such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Credit Control ,Operations and in designing SAP global template for the company . He was instrumental in pioneering Credit insurance for the merged entity . He also initiated various channel finance programs helping scale up business for the company. In Jan 2008, he was nominated amongst the chosen few, to Ingram Micro Leadership Academy for a management course through University of Irvine ( UCI ) in Southern California, US. For 15 months ( Mar 08 to June 09 )he represented Ingram Micro ASIA PACIFIC and worked for Ingram US ,helping shape up GLOBAL SAP TEMPLATE for worldwide roll out and helped in its first successful roll out in IM Singapore. He is an Engineering graduate from REC, Jaipur, having specialization in the field of Electronics & Telecommunication. He currently heads the Consumer Electronics and Telecom Portfolio as Director Product Management and is based out of Mumbai.


Bindra Navneet Singh

Director -
Enterprise Business Group

Bindra Navneet Singh joined Ingram Micro in May 2003 as Head of
Systems and Peripherals Group. He holds a honours degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. He has wide experience of over two decades in IT industry and has handled multiple functions likemarketing, sales and business operations, apart from driving various organization wide initiatives. He worked in companies like Godrej, Wipro, Redington, LG, and Bharti before joining Ingram. He is based out of Mumbai


Srinivasan Ravindran
Director - Operations

Srinivasan Ravindran joined Ingram Micro in 1999 as General Manager Operations and is based out of Chennai. With over 22 years of experience in the area of Supply chain spanning Manufacturing, Projects, and Distribution Industry, Srinivasan posses extensive experience in business processes and has demonstrated his ability to enhance customer experience. He has had challenging assignments with TVS Electronics Ltd, Micro Land Ltd prior to joining Ingram Micro. Srinivasan has earned a Bachelors degree of Engineering


Mahadev Bhosle
Director - Computing Systems Group
Mahadev Bhosle is a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad – 1996.His initial experience is in Advertising and Brand Management having worked with JWT and later with Knoll Pharmaceuticals. He joined Ingram Micro (Tech Pacific India Ltd) in 2000 as a Product Manager. He contributed to IMIL’s systems business in various capacities thereafter as DGM, GM and Group General Manager. He managed consumer, commercial as well as enterprise businesses in the past 12 years. He enjoys excellent relationship with vendors such as HP, IBM, Acer, Lenovo, Toshiba, Fujitsu. He has a brief ( 1 year ) stint outside Ingram Micro with Metra computers in the Middle East before rejoining as Director – Computing Systems Group  in 2010. He is leading a team of 30 members - Strong CSG product team to profitable growth year after year.


Kannan Rangamani 
Director - Peripherals and Components Group

Kannan Rangamani joined Ingram Micro in March 2011 as Director – Peripherals & Components Group. He has done Electronics & Communication Engineering from DOTE, Chennai and Masters in Economics from Madurai Kamaraj University. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, he was heading Anixter India as their Country Manager for India & SAARC, (since Jan 2005). He also worked for Ingram Micro (Tech Pacific India Limited) for 5+ years in Product Management and Sales. He has a vast experience in Sales, Marketing, Channel Management & Vendor Management and has spent more than 20 years in Distribution of Office Automation, Networking, Telecom and IT products. He is leading a team of 20+ Product Managers who are a part of the Peripherals & Components Division, managing one of the most complex portfolios.


Harish Laddha

 Director -  Cloud Sales

An engineering graduate in E & TC, coupled with a MMS degree from NMIMS, Mumbai,  Harish Laddha joined Godrej Pacific in the year 1996. In his career since then, Harish has held wide ranging positions as a senior executive of a successful IT company. Over his career, Harish has led various BU’s including peripherals, components, supplies, networking, enterprise software, storage, AIDC, Physical Security, Training Services building them into large multimillion dollar businesses with focus on partnerships, people, profitability, sustainability and growth. During a 2 year stint at Tata Communications (2008-10), he shaped the partner strategy and GTM to build a more robust business model with focus on building revenues and improving partner health & contribution to business. Currently, He is Director – Cloud Sales at Ingram Micro India, where he is leading the Cloud business with the sole objective of establishing Ingram Micro as the leading mCSP ( Master Cloud Service Provider) in the country.
